* Lead organiser of SurFace Fashion Show and Exhibition, a showcase for 1st and 2nd year Fashion Textile Students of Middlesex University. My role was entirely self-directed and it involved getting everyone together, enabling discussion, brainstorming of ideas and decision making by chairing all meetings; making arrangements necessary for the show to happen, from seeking funding to arranging equipment hire to negotiating advantageous rates; motivating peers to work as part of a group.

* Patient, able to look at the many sides of an argument, flexible
* Responsible yet easy-going
* Good team player, but I am more suited to take the lead or be self-directed
* Fun to be around (at least that's what I am told!) once I losen up a bit
